Thomas M. Bovenzi, Attorney, Partner received his Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in 1977 and graduated from the School of Law at Villanova University in 1981. Richard L. Neumeier, Attorney, of Counsel received his B.A. from University of Chicago in Political Science in 1968 and completed his Masters Thesis in 1968. Mr. Neumeier received his law degree from Columbia University of Law in 1971 and admitted into practice in New York in 1972 and Massachusetts in 1973.
