Thomas M. Bovenzi, Partner received his Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in 1977 and graduated from the School of Law at Villanova University in 1981. Mr. Bovenzi is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, Federal District Court, First Circuit Appeals Court and United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Bovenzi is a Board member of the Leominster Multi-Service Center, the Boys and Girls Club, a member of the Northern Worcester County and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Mr. Bovenzi concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and zoning litigation, construction and real estate law.
James M. Donovan, Partner received his Bachelor of Arts from Western New England College in 1982 and received his law degree from Washington College of Law at American University in 1985. Mr. Donovan is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Association. Jill A. Natola, Associate Counsel received her Bachelor of Arts from Suffolk University in 1981 and received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1984. Ms. Natola is admitted into practice in all courts in Massachusetts and Federal District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Natola has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, title review, title examinations, underwriting and loan documentation and like kind exchanges. Additional experience with business organization and representation, landlord/tenant and leasing issues, bankruptcy and estates, civil litigation and domestic relations practice.
C. David Weller, of Counsel received his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1978 and received his law degree from Villanova University of Law in 1981. Mr. Weller is admitted into practice in all courts in Massachusetts and Federal District Court. Mr. Weller is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Weller has detailed, extensive knowledge of federal income, estate and gift tax laws and regulations. Significant experience with ex-patriate international estate tax planning as well. Over 35 years of experience in analyzing the estate planning and estate tax circumstances of high net worth individuals and presenting findings and recommendations to minimize estate tax liability while accomplishing client goals. Extensive experience in drafting wills, trusts and other documents essential to effectively implement estate planning, employee benefit and business transfer recommendations. Significant hands-on experience in Massachusetts probate, trust management and estate settlement. Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing federal and state individual, trust and estate tax returns.
Richard L. Neumeir, of Counsel received his B.A. from University of Chicago in Political Science in 1968 and completed his Masters Thesis in 1968. Mr. Neumeir received his law degree from Columbia University of Law in 1971 and admitted into practice in New York in 1972 and Massachusetts in 1973. Mr. Neumeirer specializes on Civil Appeal Law and is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, American Law Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, Insurance Law Committee and Professional Underwriting Society.
Elizabeth F. Sullivan is a paralegal with more than 20 years of legal experience in real estate, civil litigation matters at trial and appellate levels and extensive research and computer skills. She has experience handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate closings. Ms. Sullivan has received her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Bentley College in 1999, attended University of Massachusetts-Amherst and received an Associate of Science in Legal Secretarial Studies from Mt. Wachusett Community College. Ms. Sullivan is on the Board of Directors of Our Father’s House, Inc. in Fitchburg MA.
Gayle E. White is a paralegal with more than 30 years legal experience in civil litigation matters at trial and appellate levels. She has experience in residential real estate closings, personal injury law and guardianship and commitment court petitions. Ms. White received her Certificate of Paralegal studies from Assumption College and a BA degree from UMass, Amherst. She also is received her license to sell real estate in 1992. Ms. White is active in her community and volunteers for Catholic Charities and St. Paul's Cathedral for the Annual Bishop's Dinner.
Linda Manning-Jones is a legal administrative assistant with extensive customer service experience. Ms. Manning-Jones worked for I.C. Federal Credit Union as a mortgage production coordinator, senior underwriter and was assistant to the Vice President of Lending. She has extensive background in the insurance industry handling legal issues as a claims representative and adjuster for Sentry Insurance Company and Safety Insurance Company. Ms. Manning-Jones handles the firm’s initial incoming contacts, litigation and appellate matters, landlord-tenant, collections, debt work-out and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Manning-Jones is also the manager of the firm’s client billing systems and computer litigation support and docketing system. She attended Salem State College and North Shore Community College.
