Thomas M. Bovenzi, Attorney, Partner received his Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in 1977 and graduated from the School of Law at Villanova University in 1981.  Mr. Bovenzi is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, Federal District Court, First Circuit Appeals Court and United States Bankruptcy Court.  Mr. Bovenzi is a former Board member of the Leominster Multi-Service Center, the Boys and Girls Club, a member of the Northern Worcester County and Massachusetts Bar Associations.  Mr. Bovenzi concentrates his practice in the area of zoning and land use, commercial and zoning litigation, construction, corporate and real estate law.

James M. Donovan, Attorney, Partner received his Bachelor of Arts from Western New England College in 1982 and received his law degree from Washington College of Law at American University in 1985.  Mr. Donovan is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, Federal District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court.  Mr. Donovan is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Association.  Mr. Donovan concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, real estate and environmental law, landlord-tenant and bankruptcy.  Attorney Donovan is also licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.

C. David Weller, Attorney, of Counsel received his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1978 and received his law degree from Villanova University of Law in 1981.  Mr. Weller is admitted into practice in all courts in Massachusetts and Federal District Court. Mr. Weller is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Weller has detailed, extensive knowledge of federal income, estate and gift tax laws and regulations.  Significant experience with ex-patriate international estate tax planning as well. Over 35 years of experience in analyzing the estate planning and estate tax circumstances of high net worth individuals and presenting findings and recommendations to minimize estate tax liability while accomplishing client goals. Extensive experience in drafting wills, trusts and other documents essential to effectively implement estate planning, employee benefit and business transfer recommendations. Significant hands-on experience in Massachusetts probate, trust management and estate settlement. Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing federal and state individual, trust and estate tax returns.


Richard L. Neumeier, Attorney, of Counsel  received his B.A. from University of Chicago in Political Science in 1968 and completed his Masters Thesis in 1968.  Mr. Neumeier received his law degree from Columbia University of Law in 1971 and admitted into practice in New York in 1972 and Massachusetts in 1973.  Mr. Neumeier specializes on Civil Appeal Law  and is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, American Law Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, Insurance Law Committee and Professional Underwriting Society.


Gabriella B. Goodale, Paralegal with more than 36 years of legal experience in all aspects of real estate closings, civil litigation, estate planning, probating and corporate filings.  Ms. Goodale is proficient in computer skills and assessing client needs. Ms. Goodale received her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from The Institute of Paralegal Studies and an Associates Degree from Mount Wachusett Community College.
